Philip MichaelHOLLOWOn Wednesday 21st January 2026, Phil, of Lipson, Plymouth, peacefully passed away at Trenant House Care Home, aged 82 years.

Phil worked in the insurance industry in Plymouth for many years before retirement due to ill health and was an avid Plymouth Argyle statistician and supporter.

Much loved brother to Christine (deceased), Dick (deceased), Jude and Mark, brother-in-law to Roger (deceased), Sue and Anita and uncle to Michael, Katie, David, James, Ryan and Alice.

He will be sadly missed by family, friends and ex-colleagues.

Funeral service to be held at Tamar Valley Crematorium, PL6 7BQ on Thursday 12th February 2026 at 12 noon and afterwards for refreshments at Plymouth Argyle Far Post Club.

Phil was a great childhood friend of my late dad John Ramsay (passed in 2017) and then continued that friendship watching Argyle play. I used to go along sometimes and remember him and his passion for the game well. RIP.
